Shane Labeth established Cornerstone Architecture in January 2007 and is focused on serving the specialized needs of clients both locally and nationwide. The firm is also committed to continuing as a significant team member in Brunswick’s “Build-to-Bowl” turn-key facility development program.
Shane’s management philosophy encourages full participation from all members of the design firm, leading to the sharing of design ideas and other suggestions for successful project management.
Responsible for new client acquisitions, project management, and design direction, Mr. Labeth stresses the importance of client interviews in determining the elements required to take each of the firm’s diversified projects from conception to successful completion.
Mr. Labeth received his initial architectural license in Oklahoma and is currently licensed in multiple states including Florida. Shane is also certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and an active member of the American Institute of Architects. Recently, he was the lead designer/architect of MEL’S Lone Star Lanes in Austin, TX, and Fast Lane Entertainment in Lowell, AR. These projects were awarded Bowlers’ Journal design awards. He is also overseeing the completion of the New International Training & Research Facility for the USBC in Arlington, TX.
Mr. Labeth and his consultants have designed over 60 bowling/entertainment building projects including many renovation projects with budgets ranging from two hundred thousand up to twenty- two million dollars.
